We had lunch here on a organized tour from Makarska, so I can't comment on the price but the food was average. No aircondtioning, only fans. Which means baking hot in July. Staff was friendly enough.

Ridiculously long waiting time, unfriendly staff, lousy quality food and extemely rip off. It was a simple order of two dishes and it took more than an hour for the food to arrive. When we asked about our food, the manager/owner unapologetically said that they are overwhelmed with orders and shrugged us off. The service was not systematic as the table beside us who ordered later, got their food first. The food came, it was unappetising and tasteless. The rice was not properly cooked and the beef was not tender which smelled of overdued defrosted meat. Don't bother eating here or waste your money on this degrading 'steakhouse'.

Everything was catastrophe. There was plastic in „lignje“ which the owner regarded as eatable, and on the plate was something blue which looked like dish cleaner which the waitress regarded as eatable, too. Sogan dolma was allmost rotten. Moreover each food is unusually expensive.

Typical bosnian tourist trap. You wil get only slow and rude service, bad cold food, and high bill. They will charge you for everything on the table. Avoid if possible

it is a bit expensive comparing to regular Sarajevo prices and the food is just average. they put bread on your table and charge you for it even if you dont order nor touch it. i would understand if it was instead of a tip, but anyway they still demand 10% tip. price of cevapi is 9KM, price of steaks is about 30KM, card payment is accepted. free wifi. they offer beer 0.5l sarajevsko for 5KM

Tourist trap, half of the items on the menu are not available. Service is bad, staff is rude and tries to rip you off. If you order wine you will get it in a soft drink glass claiming that's it's juice because they official do not serve alcohol (which is kind of funny because the big sign advertising for this place is with a large jug of beer)

Don't make mistake to go there ! Before seating we asked can we pay by car and answer was yes of course. But at the end waiter tell us that minimum order is 60 MK to pay by card. We wanted to order some salad and soup and he said we have only steak. Very rude staff and prices doesn't match the quality! Dirty table, forks Most bad experience in Sarajevo!

Nice place with decent food. A little pricey for the area, and waitstaff don't bring out a paper bill,so watch out for them overchargeing you.

Tried this place twice. The first time the waitress was so rude that we stood up before ordering. We gave it a second chance a year later, and the food was terrible.

Ridiculously great traditional food. The staff are amazing, thoughtful and really care about the guests. Last time we were there, the server came and topped up my beer every 20 minutes when she found out i was a fast drinker :) The old Bosnian ambient is a joy to sit in and overall the restaurant is a true pearl of Baščaršija.
