A very nice and beautiful park in the old part of Baku, just beside the old city or kohne sheher. It is also very close to the sea side. You will see lots of old trees and other plants there, and it has somehow a slope towards the sea, which is Ok. If you visit Baku, do not forget to visit this beautiful park. You will see a lot of tourist there, as one of the gates of the old city opens right to this park. I was there during the March, when the weather was great, but a bit windy.

İ can say with confidence that this park is one of the most beatiful parks of Baku whick located in the center of the city.In the nearby there is a subway and buss stops.One side of park surrounded with old city walls you can visit Old city with entering from the doors.Also Boulvard is situated in the neigbouring.Especially in spring and in summer park should be seen.When weather heats some univercity students and singers come here sing songs,play games,entertains.There are little cafes and fast food shops.Park is also suitable for to take rest in silence,enjoy from reading your book.Drink something,seat in the grass and get delight during your leasure time.🙂

In the early 20th century, there were plans to create a concert hall in the park, but the necessary felling of trees led to objections. A summer pavilion was built. The park was renovated in the 1970s and then further renovated beginning in 2007 on orders of President Ilham Aliyev. An old-fashioned fountain designed by the French company Inter Art has been added

The park is on a slope, starting at the metro going down towards the lakeside. cross towards the next park on lakeside. Exceptional fountain and view of small gardens.

As the name 'philharmoney park' denotes, the main reason for my attraction for this place was the beautiful instrumental music collection which was playing in the background..I used to listen it always. A beautiful, calm and clean place.

Great park with hidden pieces of history. Also the oldest park in baku. Usualy refered to as "Governor's Park".
