This is a “must visit” place in Baku with one of the best views at the city. The park and the observation deck are very well taken care of, modern (renovated) and clean. It’s a great point to take photos and videos and just enjoy the view from the above. You can also see many other tourists as this is one of the most recommended sightseeing stops in Baku.

Great spot to visit during sunset. You have a great view of the boulevard and old city but also of the Flame Towers particularly when they have the moving displays from 8:30pm on. There is a restaurant and bar nearby as well.
You can get the funicular up although it's also a fairly comfortable walk up.

The best view of the city is here. You can see all seaside environment and almost all city, personally I love the fire on top of here but reaching this place is a little hard, I usually using Uber for reaching here. You can't find any good restaurant or cafe here, be aware of that. Here is windy too, cover your self with something warm.
