Great ski resort with ski and snowboard rental, spa, and very nice restaurants. Even has a Scalini's. You can nearly walk out of the ski shop and right onto the slopes. English is spoken very well here.

We are here for 1 night / first of all we weren’t welcomed ,, and when i asked the concierge about how to go back to back if they know a good driver, he gave me an answer with an amount of two ways and i told gin about it , he replied me : you can go and find another one ! Is this a good way to talk with a costumer?

And when we went back to our room my sister wanted to order from room service , and she said if you can tell me what do you have in the menu because i cant find an english menu !! They replied ( give me your room number and i will show you the menu ) he was shouting!!

Well, end of all they need to improve their skills with the customers as its nice hotel !!

Good rooms, crowded lobby and poor service. This has since been slightly improved.

Also milk choice is absolutely horrible for breakfast. Only normal milk is available which is horrible. I have never seen a "5 star hotel" before with no soy/almond/lactose free milk.

Also sausages and salami is chicken only which tastes REALLY bad. Needs pork salami.

Absolutely phenomenal experience every time we stay at this hotel. The staff is fantastic and we are always treated well. The breakfast and buffet dinner are good. It is close to skiing. Will definitely stay here many more times.

I came for a long weekend ski ing, the guest rooms are lovely. There is a free standing bath tub (with shower attachment), separate shower cubicle with those rain shower heads or hand held shower and a cubicle inside the bathroom with toilet and bidet. Two wash basins as well mean that the bathroom size is generous and well equipped. In the bedroom there is a kettle, fridge and coffee pod machine with pods which make very good coffee. The bed is comfortable and the views of the slopes are amazing. If you get a room with a balcony then it is worth looking at the night sky because if the sky is clear the stars are just so bright. The weekend we came this year was very busy and they had breakfast in the lower level in the ballroom and although the food was good the curtains were closed and so we missed having a view of the mountains. The incessant closing of curtains to block out any sunlight is very common and quite frustrating when you enjoy a spot of warmth in the middle of winter. The check in procedure went smoothly and the housekeeping staff were very efficient and polite. A lovely relaxing weekend!
