It doesn't deserve any star. Poor place, poor service, unclean rooms, bathrooms not healthy to be used!!! dirt swimming pool, no breakfast no milk no water NOTHING.
Money rate for the room super high, the counter services very poor and most of them sleepy and they are not willing to help. I go down to the counter every time i want to order anything.
I don't advise any one to book at this hotel ..response / report this review -

Good thing:
Hotel is old but its clean.staff are great specilay sarah because she solve problems and try to make u happy.pool is good and you have to wear swimcap (man and women) and your own slippers. they have suna too
Bad things:
They cleaned my room just once .no tooth brush and paste no soup and..(just shampoo)
No free water , The worst break fast .you can't beleive ..less than hostels! Some Roms didnt have window
Walls are so thin and not quite..
and surprisingly they may rent your reserved room to other!😏
But it was acceptable for us just because of miss sarah!

Very big and old hotel. The rooms are also big but needs restoration. Cleaning is not the best. Wifi is working. Close to the city center. Breakfast is the worst that i experienced until now.its ok for a quick visit ..

The hotel is not clean, the services are very bad, the staff are not supportive , the breakfast is not good, not clean and the staff in the restaurant are poorly educated . We spent 7 days in the hotel with a tourist group, I am not recommending it at all , please do not waste your money and your time in this hotel.

Swimming pool is great, terrass also. Located near covered fruit market. Cute little cockroaches in the hotel room, so don't leave food about. .

Hotel looks nice on the internet and pictures. But when you enter you begin to realise that this is only from the outside. The personal knows only limited English with 2-3 people having a good level while others lack it fully. The rooms could be nice but the problem is the hygiene. Cleaning personal only cleans some of the toilets, out of the 3 rooms we had 1 had a toilet used before without flushing. Also, showers are old and fossil. As a guest you are only provided with 2 small shower creams, no hair dryer, only one towel etc.
Breakfast is included in the price but the buffet is limited and for instance coffee has to be prepared yourself. Water often empty etc.
In a nutshell: some rooms are ok and some personal can even be helpful as they are able to understand. But chances are high you will be disappointed. In Western Europe this hotel would probably get 2.5 instead of 4 stars. If you get the chance to stay somewhere else, do so!response / report this review -

Average hotel, rooms aren't clean enought, view from room ever wotrth then interier. It seems like railway one day staying hotel. Photos from adviser were much better. Maximum 2 stars from my experiance.
