It would deserve no stars.
Out of three rooms booked, none was available. They first said there was a gas problem, then a water problem and finally admitted giving the rooms to other guests.
We ended up being 5 in a room. The manager, Farid Rahimov, made us wait for more than an hour in the morning to discuss the matter as he did not wish to discuss the matter in the evening. They tried relocating us to a cheaper hotel. It took two hours or discussion to get the rooms reimbursed.
Which was quite worrying is that other guests complained of the same treatment and had been misrepresented events by the hotel staff.
It is highly recommended to go somewhere else or call them many times before arriving to ensure you do not have a bad surpriseresponse / report this review -

Easy to find old city from hotel just keep walking down town only 30 mins walk.

Nice rooms, hotel occupy 2 floors in business center. To get to Old City you will need to take a taxi or a bus
