لا يستحق السعر ، مكان الاستحمام مسدود لايصرف الماء الكهرباء تنطفئ كل ساعتين تقريباً ،المسبح الخارجي خارج الخدمة وقت اقامتي. لايوجد تجاوب من العاملين ولا المالك.والمالك حكاية ثانيه ًresponse / report this review -

This place is very dirty because the smell in the villa is very nasty and also with the bathroom. The swimming pool is like a swamp its very dirty and all rubbish inside i dont recommend you to visit this place its very nasty and bad.

Elelef Park:
At most a 2 star experience. Great views, rooms to the pool side are fairly quiet. Swimming pools were not working when we stayed there, Insh'allah tomorrow we were told (it wasn't open the next day to no one's surprise).
Rooms:
No warm water in the sink. Water pressure almost non existant from time to time.
No complementary water in the rooms. No baby cot even though it was promised and confirmed to us before arrival.
First room we were given the curtains only made it half way to cover the window, second room better but lacked basic stuff such as lights by the bed, garbage bags for the trash bins, a do not disturb sign for the door. The only ceiling lights are three almost operating theater super bright lights along the edge of the room towards the hallway.
WiFi isn't working properly in room 8 at least. The reception is so poor that both our phones said no internet connection.
Mattresses are hard and springy, it's hard to lie in a position that is comfortable because of the springs.
Toilet seat and faucet was loose. The toilet seat kept creeping to one side when used.
At times no water at all in the tabs.
Experience:
Really basic breakfast setup, see pictures. Very underwhelming (no meat, no cheese). Eggs were provided upon request
The fancy 5 clocks in the reception that are supposed to show the world times were all off, three of them had stopped, even the local time! 2 other clocks in the hotel were also out of battery it seemed.
The last night we stayed the power to the whole hotel was cut and restored constantly. The last night was without power (no ac)
Staff:
Generally the staff has extremely limited English skills and could really use a hospitality course, hardly anyone smiles and you leave conversations confused as to when / if you were understood. Note to self about Azerbaijan, better try and learn a few Azerbaiji phrases next time around.
No info on WiFi or breakfast timings / where to go upon arrival by the receptionist.
No one seems to ever be present in the reception.
Overall:
Find another place, this is not a very well run / maintained place. There is no attention to any detail.
We were really disappointed with the lack of baby cot that was promised to us. The compromise was a single mattress on the floor for our child.
Only a single star from us this time around.
Only positive thing I can think of is the amazing view towards the back of the hotel. Also one of the waiters really tried to communicate with us in English, he was the only positive encounter at the hotel.
We stayed for two nights (2 adults and a baby) in the end of June 2017.
Tip: The quite bright text/info on the ac unit can be toggled off/on by pressing the FAN and + button simultaneously on the RC (says so on the back of the remote control) ;)response / report this review -
