everything is great unless the foods. we orderer french toast twice and it was cheese toast. we ordered waffles and it was croissant. the kitchen staff should be more educated about foods.

Nice looking and very modern hotel although bit far from the centre of the city. Excellent wellness&spa. Good and nice served breakfast as a buffet, quite good choice of food and fruits. Very good juices. Atm and electronic exchange right next to entrancevery usefull. Personnel very nice, English could have been better but still on acceptable level, the only thing I would improve is personnel at the front deskto be precise a number of personnelthere are 3 desks and the place is being crowded andvery often there is only one person behind the deskin 5 stars hotel? Really?

A fancy style hotel, with spa, pool, gym, variety of restaurants and bars, also massage services are available. Besides all that you can rent bicycles to breathe some cool air while moving your body, the shore that belongs to this hotel is fabulous because it has multiple good things such as great view clean grass neat walk areas and breathtaking green areas. I must mention the strategic place of this hotel, it lie near the places of interest as city center and sehidler monument. London taxi service is available.
