A very big hotel. More then 800 rooms and the view from the room is excellent. It's Marriott's Autograph collection. Breakfast and service is very good.If in Baku pls stay at this place it's worth spending your money at this place..

I definitely put 5 star for the Boulevard Hotel, Baku, Azerbijan. It's located very close to Caspian Sea. What a beautiful natural beauty of this hotel. Still I can feel the sound of sea and sound of the wind. It's totally different from any other hotels. I definitely recommend this hotel.

One of the best hotel i have seen in my journey. Staff is polite, helpful. Room,s size is good, comfortable bed, tea maker, coffee maker, frige, and safe in all rooms. Lovely view from windows. Big lcd for entertainment. Net n clean washroom with hot water. Complimentary breakfast for all guests. And its very delicious n large variety of food tea, bread, juices, salads, dry fruits, eggs etc etc.

Excellent hotel that made my stay a Baku memerable. It located by the side of Caspean sea. You will enjoy the excellent food at the restaurant. Morning breakfast is free. You have a wide range of choice.
Amenities are superb and so are the friendly staff. Very clean and well maintained. You will get a beautiful view of Baku from your room.
Baku was an wonderful experience for me. People are so friendly and helpful. It is indeed great and hotel Boulevard made it an worthwhile experience.

The rooms are very very good and clean and reasonably big. The double bed and single beds are also spacious. The bed covers, pillow covers, towels toiletries etc were very good and of high quality. The Club House and Gym and Swimming Pool were very nice. The rooms had great sea views. The Housekeeping and Reception staff was very courteous and professional. The restaurants were good and breakfast was reasonably priced and had a good spread, save and except that even for a buffet breakfast 5% Service Charge was levied which is unusual and the Restaurant Staff was not giving any service at the time of breakfast. But for this, the overall experience was highly satisfactory and the hotel is a true 5 star luxury hotel which is a Good Value For Money.

Hotel is very much recommended, good facilities: room is very well furnished, gym, indoor pool and breakfast are great. Long story short great hotel for a reasonable price.

Staff is very hospitable and warm.
Special thanks to Esmira at the reception which showed high level of service, being super caring and nice to me and my wife.

We will definitely be back!

Hotel is located almost at the end of boulevard, so it's quite a walk if you fancy a stroll to town. But the boulevard is really nice, encouraging you to walk.
Rooms are nice, although a walk from reception area might take you few minutes if you're staying at the far end of the corridor.
Breakfasts are amazing - great selection of food, and nicely displayed.
My only issue was when trying to organise corkscrew - at first I was delivered a plastic toy that broke before it opened my bottle, and I had to wait forever and call couple of times to get a proper one. I received a nice cake for my birthday which is a nice touch, although I think it was delivered early in the morning and when I got back to my room late afternoon it was nearly melted.

The hotel is very beautiful in terms of location and overlooking the sea. It bears the character of ancient and modern civilization and is suitable for families and newlyweds as well as singles. the hotel is new and has good facilities. BUT and its a major flaw, the staff is absolutely shameful. Had things missing from my room, loundry service is poor. reception is unprofessional. STAY AWAY!

The hotel itself is beautiful. Good amenities
Clean rooms.
The hotel however has major problems. The reception/lobby area is appalling. The place is always full with at least 100 people sitting in the lobby. Some of them were literally sleeping on the lobby couches. There aren't enough staff in the hotel. Too few receptionists. No Valet staff. No bell services or luggage area.
The hotel as a structure is fine, but the management is terrible.
Yunis at the reception processed my check in and check out and he was excellent.

It doesn't worth even a one star. The toilets are damage and bath staff are the cheapest thing ever. The food takes long time to come and the staff are not friendly. Among all hotels I stayed in this one is the worst. They should come and see dubai's hotels maybe they learn something from it 🙏🏼

Excellent hotel, very modern and plush. Facilities are excellent also, the gym and pool especially. At the time we stayed they had a giant screen outside showing Euro 2016 matches in the evenings, very pleasant - beers only £2.50 also a bonus. Only downside is the distance from the city centre, it's a 15 minute cycle (which the hotel provides for free) or a 30 minute walk.
