  Booked the car on my trip to Baku, the staff was neither quite professional nor friendly, asked me almost with hostility why did i come to their office and what do i want After clarifying though that I've a reservation i was given a car, which wasn't in a perfect technical condition, the car was steering to the right all the time and i had to keep it straight by turning the steering wheel to the left a bit, engine was quite noisy but ran ok, the sunroof wasn't opening but once opened and we had a hard time closing it by hands, because the electric engine was getting stuck half way, also the car was quite filthy inside with multiple white-yellow stains on the sits. All in functional though, we manage to go to the North of the country and back. I was told that i can drop off the car with the security guard on sunday evening because the office was closed and that they will perform the deposit release on Monday. This gave me the feeling that the time return time is flexible and i can be a couple of hours late, as the office is closed anyways and it will be just a drop-off, no one, which was the case indeed, however i was charged additional full day for these couple of hours in the late evening. Thanks for all, but I'm not coming back again. Not to mention that the deposit is still booked on the card, i had to call my bank to ask to replace the card and to initiate release of the deposit.

  No rentals at this location when we arrived despite letting us book on website. Only good thing was after prodding they referred us to a nearby place.

  I would disencourage people to visit the Aznur branch at Narimanov Prospekt and instead pop in at the Aznur branch at the Hilton hotel for on the spot rentals. The first branch apparently had 'no cars available' for the next two weeks, while the latter did have cars available at the same moment for me. Other than that, I was happy with the friendly service at the Hilton branch and the car performance.
