We had great service, especially enjoyed the attention and conversation with Jafet. They were also able to make a delicious vegan meal for me (stuffed peppers).

I wish there was a sixth star. Newly updated in decor. The food was among the best anywhere - and by that I do not just mean the Caribbean. To say the least however, by far, the best in Aruba. Waiters on two different nights, David and Carlos, were both outstanding.

Wow, what a wonderful surprise to have this amazing restaurant right in our Hilton hotel!!
A wonderful meal from start to finish!! I was blown away!!
To start, as an appetizer we had the lobster bisque and crab cake, both were just great, velvety bisque with a lovely crispy buttery croissant overlay and the crab cakes Had just the right amount of seasoning.
For dinner we had the ribeye and paired it with a lobster tail with sides of mushrooms, asparagus and "to die for" mashed potatoes, all were prepared to perfection!! The steak one of the best I've ever had and my personal favorite sides were the mushrooms and potatoes, just awesome!
As a surprise they prepared a special anniversary dessert plate that was just adorable and a perfect sweet ending to a great stay at the Hilton and fantastic dinner!
Finally, A special thank you to Hirim the food and bev manager for his hospitality and warmth..he truly cares about his guests and it shows!! He and his awesome team made our experience one not soon to be forgotten!!response / report this review -

The view was amazing. But the food left quite a bit to be desired. In spite of me telling them that the seafood should be very well done, I got the most undercooked shrimp ever. Could not eat it and refused to send it back. Very disappointing experience. However, to their credit, they took the charge for the food off the bill.

Poor service. Did not make any efforts to accommodate once they informed of closing early at 10 PM. Mentioned it was an old schedule

Food selection / quality and service was second to none. You have to eat here at least once while in Aruba.
