  We rented from Sixt in Aruba last year and were so pleased with their service that we just rented from them again. Manuel, the manager, is the best. He went above and beyond for us last year and actually greeted us by name and remembered us this year. You don’t get customer service like that any more. We will definitely be renting from them in the future.

  If I could give SIXT Aruba no stars I would. We picked up the car and the person with the paper work walked around the car to look at the dents and scratches. I made sure to follow her and took pictures. When we returned the car, the same person said that the "whole" part of the tire well, the plastic surrounding the tire was missing. Apparently you also need to take photos of the underneath of the car before leaving their lot. We had to wait about 40 minutes for the "guy" who works on all their cars and knows everything about our car to tell us if this large part was there or not before renting the car. Well to our surprise the "guy" says it was there and we broke it off. Really???? a large piece of the tire well?? I also need to mention that the car was a Prius and most of the time we either went to the grocery store of to the towns. I went to take additional pictures after this acusation and also noticed that bolts hold the tire well in place and there also was rust. We were treated horribly. They didn't even want to shuttle us back to the airport and the wonderful comments made were, "we have all day and your flight leaves soon". DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

  Horrible service and rude employees. We were supposed to be picked up by our hotel at 10am. They showed up at 10.30, drove us to their office and made us wait another 40 minutes. The employee was uninterested. When we returned the car they drove off while they saw other customers arrive. These customers just had to wait "30 minutes". Do not rent a car here. Pay some extra money to rent a good, clean car with friendly staff and service.

  When renting from Sixt rental make sure to always ask for Manuel Grullon. He is very knowledgeable and his customer service is impeccable. Even in the worst situation like the car accident I had while on the island he was concerned for my safety first and helped me through an unpleasant situation. The car was brand new and very clean when I picked it up. I will be renting from him in the future!

  Car was trash. Took half an hour to get papers done with only me being a costumer. Best is that every var has a GIANT SIXT STICKER on both front doors, so it makes you feel as if you either working for them or a cab driver. Stupid way to advertise your services. Not happy, will never rent again.

  Service was friendly, but our car was a piece of trash. Took 10 minutes to walk around it pointing out the dents and dings. AC didn't work, car charger didn't work, and it was on the verge of overheating every time we slowed down. Made driving around really unpleasant. Rented a compact car. Won't use them again.
