best experience at an all inclusive resort. room was amazing and also the food was the best on the island. pools were clean and there was always something to do. i will return again and again! wish i stayed longer

My wife and I arrived to the hotel and were excited because from the outside it looks like the best hotel in the island. To our surprise the inside of this deceiving hotel was cold to look at and had a body or for to it. As they walked us to our room, the elevator mirror was shattered and the windows on the halls to our bedroom were opac from the filth. I paid for a king size bed because my husband is 6'4 and we found two twin beds that were combined, the room was not as pictures in the website. When I complained to the front desk, they tried to say that is what they do but if I really wanted a real king size bed then they will give me one without a view. At that point I didn't care about the view, I cared about comfort and complete relaxation. We got to the new room and it was dirty and we found cigarettes in the room as well. Oh and we over heard a man saying he saw bedbugs in his room. Long story short, this is the worst Hotel I have ever been to. Customer service is horrible and the hotel periods needs major work. We are currently trying to book another hotel now since we do not want to spend one night in this place.

This place is disgusting. It's completely outdated. There is mold and smells of mildew through all the rooms. The walls and fixtures are horribly cracked. We stayed here for our wedding/honeymoon and it was the absolute worst experience. Please do NOT come to this hotel. They don't specialize in customer service or even care about the customer. We had issues from day one and the only thing manager Justin did to resolve the situation is offer alcoholic beverages. Keep in mind this is an all inclusive hotel smh. Members of our wedding party were rudely turned away because the hotel was booked even though this was a wedding party that was already paid in full and the rooms were reserved a year ago. We will never come to any RIU again. The way this hotel operates is ridiculous and doesn't deserve our money. They need to tear this old building down, rebuild and hire new staff starting with Justin. This was the worst wedding/honeymoon ever. Thank you RIU for ruining one of the most important moments of our lives!!!!!

La amabilidad del personal es destacable. Excelente ambiente y la comida muy variada. Música bares y playa muy bueno!!!
