Everything about this place is great. There's definitely something for every taste and every lifestyle. The staff are ready to please and believe me they will. The view of the ocean from just about any room and any place in the resort is breathtaking. You won't come here to just soak in the sun. You'll come here and soak in life.

This is where I had my Wheel of Fortune vacation. No lie. Our room was immaculate, the view from the room was amazing. Beach access and amenities were fantastic. The staff was so friendly, too.

Desk clerk gave us a none functional electronic key, which we realized after we stepped outside and shut the door after getting to the room. They failed to put enough towels in room every day. They did not have the towel exchange post covered as necessary to get new towels when needed. The workers won't greet guest as you pass in the work place. Most in fact ignored us all together and didn't speak at all. The suite we had was awesome, except for the cockroach my wife saw on the floor.

Incredible resort. Great hospitality crew working there. Very quiet and relaxing. It's removed from the nightlife areas of the island. Almost too far for walking distance to the restaurants and shopping. The beach is nice and quiet removed from public parking so it's primarily only resort guests. Bad wind though on the beach throwing sand everywhere.

Great price, average hotel. Horrible customer service. They continuously questioned why I needed so many towels for only 2 people. Because we are by the beach and keep going in the water and pool and don't want to use wet towels. They even came to check our room to see how many people were staying in the room. Horrible.

Visited twice, the iguanas around the pool are a feature on the islands, the wilds teem with them. Good beach, amenities. Need a taxi to town to shop or visit the casino down the road a bit.
