The food at BLT (a restaurant on the Ritz-Carton campus) is very, very good but the real reason to go is the atmosphere and the bartender. not the bar – that is just okay – but the bartender. He is quite possibly the most exceptional mixologist I’ve ever met. He takes his job seriously and is as passionate as he is talented. You will not be disappointed in your cocktails, and if you decide to order wine or beer, you are simply missing out on what would otherwise be an experience worth far more than the cost of the drinks.

Louisa and Legino provided compassionate and exceptional service at the bar that one wouldn't normally find such at a high end chain steakhouse in the Caribbean. Excellent food as well. Bravo!
