Had a Brazilian wax, by far the worst wax I've ever had. The staff member certainly didn't know what she was doing and was getting frustrated with herself. Went in at 3:45pm and came out at 5:15pm. Longest, slowest and most painful Brazilian wax Ive ever had. I thought a professional would know what way to pull the wax..?
The staff member had a terrible cold, and was sniffing all over my private parts and blowing her nose, kinda gross when the areas she was handling is generally germ free.
I was left with a half-hearted job, was covered in dried wax and hair and she didn't even do all the area. Certainly wouldn't pay $10 for that service let alone $50.

Had a relaxation massage with my husband and the girls were wonderful. They took the time to discuss our issues and what we wanted.we will definitely go back. The rooms had amazing ambience, best I've seen, and I've had over 20 massages at different places due to different health concerns. Treat yourself, its worth every cent!

Polite but dishonest
I travelled from 4 hours inland and had some much needed relax time -2.5 days. I rang Endota Geelong based on reputation hoping to spend a few hours indulgently. Fair to have no availability. Unfair to suggest driving to torquay as they knew of no other spa service in geelong city. I am now booked elsewhere and when I travel to the gold coast next week and look for somewhere to indulge myself I will choose not to go anywhere near Endota franchises. They should remember that how they behave reflects on everyone.response / report this review -

Heavenly place for a full body massage. I go as often as I can (and husband treats me at least once a year with a gift voucher!). You relax as soon as you walk in.
