The best haircut I've ever had. Excellent attention to detail, properly sharpened scissors. Understood exactly what I was after from a simple explanation. Friendly and helpful staff. An absolutely wonderful experience all around.

I have had several good hair cuts at Cosmo, however, two main issues. Firstly, they will change you between different hairdressers with very different charging rates without informing you of the rates.
Secondly, if the manager cuts you hair, you will get what he thinks your haircut should be, not what you asked for. If you question this during the hair cut, he gets defensive.response / report this review -

Had a good makeup lesson there before my wedding but was recommended an incorrect shade of foundation. Even though we spent almost $800 in products they would not allow me to exchange the foundation (which I had been told was an incorrect shade by Napoleon staff - so I'm not just being fussy). Not impressed.

Cosmo's did both my hair for my wedding and for a 1920s cocktail party I went to recently. Both times I was absolutely happy with both the cut and the colour. The service is always really friendly and I found them less expensive than my old hairdresser. Very happy.
