I went for an hour long relaxing massage over the weekend, and was pleasantly surprised (considering some of these comments) very professional and clean and a great massage, I left feeling great my only regret was I didn't get 2 hours.

Do not come here for a massage.

We had to wait 15 minutes for our appointment and I then went into the spa while my friend went for the massage. Once my 20 minute spa session was over no one came to assist me. I had to walk out in my robe and call someone to take me to the lounge area. I then went for my massage and it felt like the lady was just touching me with oil. I didn't pay for someone to touch my body. I paid for someone to massage me properly. She didn't do my arms or my front body. The facial was good. I then went to the refreshment area where my friend was waiting and she also said the same about massage. Do not come here for massage because they are not professional massage therapists.

Horrible. The person I had treating me was completely untrained. Worst massage EVER! It's was actually stressful to be massaged by her. Then they burnt my feet with wax during a foot treatment!
My feet are still in quiet a lot of pain and they barely apologised at all. I left in pain and so disappointed.

I went to the Canberra Day Spa for a full leg wax. While everyone was nice, the waxing job done was just disappointing. The room was very dark and the girl was not precise at all. I came home and sure enough, there was lots of hair still. One whole side of my leg had not even been touched! I went somewhere else 3 days after to get it done again. I do think that a nice ambience is important but that does not mean that the room can't be lit up. Very disappointing!
