Lovely clean cafe.. Good atmosphere, friendly staff and great yummy homemade food..I eat at this cafe regularly and would highly recommend it..

Best place in Pakenham to have breakfast, the owners make you feel at home, food is amazing and service is amazing. I'd be here everyday if I didn't work.

Waited nearly an hour for food after being told more than once that it would be ready in 5 mins. Other customers left with their refunds, but I decided to be patient and wait as I know things can go wrong. When I got my food, which was avo smash and eggs on sourdough, with 3 cherry tomatoes and a little feta on the side ($19), I was quite disappointed. The food was luke warm and not at all worth the $19. I ate it quite quickly because I was starving. I am from Geelong and still had a bit of a drive ahead after this. Regretting not waiting until Melbourne CBD to be served quick, yummy food. Avoid at all costs unless you want to waste your day on food you could make better in your own kitchen.

If you want to kill your time and you can wait for 50 minutes minimum for your order please welcome. Never waited this much I my entire life. They shifted my breakfast to lunch

From the moment I walked in to get some lunch, this place was horrible. Customer service non existent, with not even an acknowledgment when I walked in. When placing an order the older man behind the counter seemed completely disinterested in taking my order. I thought that surely this place isn't that bad and he's just having a bad day. Until I ordered my Thai beef salad with extra meat. Little did I know all it was, was extra fat. I politely mentioned to the waitress that I asked for extra meat and I was a little disappointed in the amount of fatty meat and she responded with "we gave you two steaks so that's extra" then walked off.
Horrible food and horrible service. It's a wonder this place still operates. It's no surprise it was dead quiet. Pick up your game if you want to survive in the hospitality industry.response / report this review -

Excellent good and even better service. Folks were very friendly and helpful. Food was really good. I had the prawn risotto.
