We've used Darren a few times now and he's always been great to deal with. The service is great he delivers what he promises. He has a great process too you get email confirmations and reminders. It's a well-organised and very professional business.

I rang after New Year expecting a booking in a few weeks' time, but was pleasantly surprised that they could come out within a couple of days. I found Darren to be polite, friendly, knowledgeable and patient even when I rang back with many questions and explaining my spider phobia. The service was quick and at a reasonable cost and so far so good - not a spider in sight! Already I feel relaxed to go forward for the next 12 months without scanning every room before entering!!

Darren was here for our annual termites inspection. As usual, he was right on time. Inspection was done professionally, thoroughly and patiently. He also made sure previous treatments are still effective and previous concerns are resolved (His knowledge of building structure has helped identify several issues).

Darren responded to our enquires quickly and his service was friendly and professional. Best of all, the treatment seems to have done the trick! We had a carpet moth issue (the larvae eating our carpets) and despite copious amounts of vacuuming and cleaning, couldn't seem to get rid of them. We were concerned about the toxicity of the treatment process, I'm personally very sensitive to scents and chemicals, and while there was a slight chemical smell when we returned to the house, it aired quickly and wasn't really a bother. The best thing is, we haven't seen a single moth in the nearly 3 weeks since the treatment and currently feeling confident it will stay that way. Thanks Darren!
