  The staff are friendly and helpful, and phone repairs don't take hours. They are Samsung Authorised repairers so I had peace of mind when they replaced my Samsung battery.

  Thank you Jenny and Rick for your excellent customer service and your clean and thorough work on my phone this morning.
  
  I really appreciate how promptly you worked out what was wrong with my Samsung and had the right genuine products on hand to solve my problem.
  
  I also was so impressed with your attention to detail Jenny when replacing my screen protector. The previous times i got screen protectors at different repair stores and they always left bubbles under the surface. They also charged alot more. Thanks again for your great work and fair pricing too.
  
  I will be sure to come back here any time I have any phone repair or product needs.

  The lady technician working here is amazing! Super friendly, A+ service and turn around time was incredible for a screen everywhere else had to order in and was quoted over $50 more. Give her a bonus she's incredible ;-)
