Staff are rude and unproffesional, they are very discrimitive against people and the way they dress and if you bring items from another store into theres they will judge you and automatically presume you are a thief
Great little supermarket with wide aisles and always great selection of fresh produce. Definitely a "local" place to shop, added bonus of Woolworths Caltex in the car park to take advantage of the fuel discounts on the docket.
Prices are much better than near the esplandae. But only locals would go here.
Not a big fan of this Woolworths. The lady at the front counter today seemed bothered that i had a raincheck for Formula they never seem to have or run out of CONTINUOUSLY and when it is on special. She could have been having a bad day.. but really that’s not my fault, I was not rude! So Woolworths lady do me and everyone else a favour; if you hate your job that much. LEAVE life is too short for that and I don’t like being made to feel like I am a nuisance when all I am doing is paying your wages!
Easy to get around and normally has everything I want at the right price.
Love shopping here, but due to local population not all lines always available here, many other shops in close vicinity and a food court nearby
Old shop showing age. Not that cheap in prices. Staff do not look at all happy and seem to find customers a hindrance. Could do with a big lift in many aspects.
the shop is conveniently close to my place. the staff is very friendly and more than helpful
I love Woolworths at Raintrees, always well stocked and roomy aisles. Heaps of parking close to the entries and really pleasant staff who bend over backwards to assist.
Easy location (for me at least), good range and staff are friendly. Only negative is the lack of optus coverage in store, but that's not a Woolies issue.
It's old and its aisles could be wider, but I find that this Woolworths does very well within the rather dated Raintrees. It is clean and shopping there is relatively pleasant - not nearly as crowded as other Woolworths in the area. Their stock range is not as wide as the one in Cairns CBD, but this is likely due to space constraints. Popping in for a quick pickup of last minute items has never been a problem. The often (very slightly) cheaper fuel at the Caltex Woolworths just outside is a bonus as well.
Great for standard grocery items handy location for anyone in the Kanimbla, Morobool for Mununda areas.
Only visit this store occasionally as it is not the nicest Woollies in Cairns. The aisles are not as wide as other supermarkets and I find the store quite dirty. It is very crowded around 2.30pm to 4.30pm after school is out. I only frequent here in an emergency as I would rather shop elsewhere.
All woolworth's store are top-end for product and overall quality of goods. This one needs to be a bit more clean and tidy. Also stop the people doing shelf fill from leaving carts etc in the isles.
