  a very good company . Called them on Monday they send me a quote. Price was competitive and did an inspection on the same day, by Thursday our new ducted air condition was installed. The installers came in on time and was friendly. Would highly recommend this company .

  Won't install if you buy your own, so not helpful for us. Next time some consideration or suggestions to who else may help would be nice.

  Disappointed that they said they would beat a quote. I showed them a quote in writing. They agreed to match. They then rang Back later in the day to say you know what we're just not interested in doing the work for that price.
  Thankfully I hadn't told the other guy I was going elsewhere.

  Very pleased with Factory Direct Home Air Conditioning. They were very prompt with reply, service was excellent and price very good and the result is we have a very warm house in these cold winter nights and I am sure it will be cool this summer. Brian and his team were very professional, prompt and willing to assist in all areas. I would highly recommend them.

  Very happy customer. The product is great and everyone has been helpful in the office. The electricians have been amazing also. They were friendly and did a amazing job. I would happily recommend Factory direct air conditioning :)
