Location and service is fantastic, easy parking. Willow pond has beautifully maintained Japanese inspired gardens. Really enjoyable to sit outside on a sunny day enjoying the giant koi pond. Kid friendly with giant chess board and plenty of lawn. Food is decent for the suburbs. Had a really enjoyable meal in beautiful surrounds. We had a table of 20+ and they could cater for us well.

Went for high tea one weekend. The gardens are fantastic. Well maintained, interesting and lots of variety. It's a little oasis in surburbia that makes you think that you are somewhere exotic. High tea was fine with a good selection of sandwiches and cakes. While the immediate garden is nice, there is (of course) no view.

We recently held my daughter's wedding here and it could not have been more perfect. The gardens are just beautiful and ideal for photographs. The staff were helpful and friendly and made arrangements relatively stress free. With options for drink and meal packages to suit all budgets, it was ideal. Hazel looked after us all wonderfully - from the moment bridal party arrived, through the ceremony and afterwards. The reception room was beautifully laid out and decorated. The food was very good too, it can sometimes be a bit hit and miss at large functions. We had 3 courses - chicken satay sticks and arancini balls; steak and barramundi; pavlova and creme brûlée - served as a 50/50 drop at each table. I can recommend this asa wedding venue.

Terrible management ,my daughters wedding was held there. When I arrived 60 mins before the wedding they had not put the red carpet out even though we paid for the service. The best man and my son had go and collect it and roll it out. During the reception I had paid for the Evans and Tate wine package, however I noticed that they where serving the cheapest wine package. Then refused to remove the opened bottles. i went there the next day to pick something up that was left behind and all I got was a shrug when I mentioned this. I then sent a email to the manager (Russell) and it was ignored. I haven't been back since I don't support dishonest business. Have eyes in the. Sick of your head if you book this venue for a function.
