Service was pretty bad. Firstly I and another customer had to wait for a few minutes before anyone attended to us at their counter, then we were mis-quoted prices and finally when we asked if we could select sleepers the manager was rude and told his staff not to help us, even though the person taking our order had asked another staff member to help us. When we tried to thank the manager for his time he completely ignored us.
