Friendly, experienced and professional. One look and knew what I needed, (bring samples or photos if you can). Tested paint for me in inconspicuous places on several surfaces on trailer, demonstrated technique and told me a good step by step plan. Also saved me a tone of money showed me some trade hacks, and did the job under a Quarter of my budget.
