Really good location and friendly service
Always a great place to stay. Excellent hospitality from the friendly owners. Very secure. The rooms have everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

I stayed at the Whitsunday on the Beach during my Airlie beach holiday. I had planned this holiday for a birthday party and had arranged the accommodation about a week prior for myself and a few friends. Upon arrival I was informed by hotel reception that they 'did not trust us'. I was shocked at this remark. In addition to this i received the wrong room, instead of a 3 bed room, my friends and I received a room that was smaller and lacked the necessary beds which meant we had to share beds. When we notified staff of this mistake we were informed that our actual room had been given to other guests, we were not given any sort of refund for this change. The staff also would not allow a couple close friends to come and visit, before the event. I was appalled at how the staff would not listen to us at all. The lack of respect and common courtesy we received during our stay made it incredibly hard to have the relaxing holiday we were looking forward to.
Unacceptably rude on the phone by a female staff member when enquiring on my reserved room. Ended up cancelling the reservation due to the level of sass. The photos and prices looked great but the initial interaction was enough to put me off.
Had a great day with whitsunday tours
Perfect location. Family owned and super nice people. Room is very basic but all you would need for a short stay. Would for sure stay here again if ever back in town.
