Take the effort to swim between the flags. Whale has strong rips and you don't want to have the lifesavers come rescue you.

This place is awesome. Can't believe I'm in the area so often yet never been to this beach until now! The beach pool is great for kids.

Some great restaurants along foreshore, as well as Jonahs atop the hill overlooking the beach.

Please swim between the flags. If you have questions about the beach: speak to the lifesavers. Watch out for bluebottles when it's a hot day and wind is NE.
