Despite a lot of people this beach looks less overcrowded than the famous Bondi. I particularly like that kind of british vibe and dignity. Bather's Pavillion is just a nice cherry on top.

Perfect family beach. The sea is always quiet perfect for kiddies. The view is awesome, excellent fish and chips shops, the Rocky Point is beautiful, fishos will like the jetty from Yakkas to Jewies

Great kayaking spot but parking is $1 for nine minutes. Seriously. Also full of screeching children at the weekend.

This just has to be one if my Fav spots in Sydney. Weekend walks on beach and breakfast at the cafes ate amazing. Water fantastic for swimming. Parking not so good. Get in early at the weekend

Love this beach. Kid friendly, relaxed vibe, calmer water. Watch out for the sandstorms! Great any time of day or night.

Pack a picnic and some mags, some music. Lie on a picnic rug and spend hours under the gorgeous fig trees. Sydney doesn't get any more perfect.

Grab a picnic rug and sit at Rocky Point Island. It's much quieter than the beach. Great place to read a book or get proposed to.
