Great customer service. They were very helpful in fitting life jackets for my three children. When a strap broke on one of the life jackets, they replaced the life jacket no questions asked. I highly recommend them.

I only discovered that this shop existed very recently when I was looking to purchase a body board. Substantial range of products, but I was very disappointed with the customer service, which in this day and age of online purchasing is what stands between a shop continuing to be in business or being obliterated by cheaper prices online (the price of the body board I was looking at was already $10 more than another store in Canberra). There were many staff standing around in the shop seemingly doing very little. After about 10 mins of standing near the body boards looking confused and in need of assistance, with the prospect of being helped seeming very unlikely, I had to find a staff member and ask for assistance. The shop was not busy either. A greeting and assistance earlier on would have been much appreciated and would have made me feel more confident and appreciated in buying from this shop. 4 stars for product range and 1 star for customer service.
