We were not planning to build, but after searching for several months we couldn’t find what we wanted or face another home open so found a block instead. The next task was choosing a builder, but that was an easy decision, being both a licensed builder and licensed architecture firm, selecting Humphrey Homes was very simple. To have our architect and builder working in the same business is such a unique combination, it gave us the confidence our home would be architecturally beautiful while also pragmatic and achievable. Working with everyone at Humphrey Homes has been an absolute pleasure. We have been completely blown away by the care and incredible efforts they go to get everything perfect, our concrete slab is a work of art! We can’t wait to see how it all comes together; we know it’s going to be perfection!

My experience has been magic. From almost walking away from the process having been told the block was”unbuildable” - I’m well on the way to the completion of a dream home. Humphrey Homes instilled confidence that they could deliver even on this tricky site. The entire team runs a seamless, integrated approach to design and custom building. Visiting site is easy and I am seeing the quality of workmanship and the pride and exceptional attention to the finish of each element of the build. There is such positive energy evident and I love to imagine that my home is being infused with care. The build has been a collaboration between a group of professionals who want the best and ensure the best is delivered.

After a thorough review of Perth’s luxury home builders we chose to engage the team at Humphrey Homes. Dean and the team have been amazing to deal with from the very beginning and whilst we are in the middle of construction and very much looking forward to moving into our home we know with out any doubt that we’ll have a home of the highest quality, built by a team of professionals who are passionate about building inspirational homes.

Our expectations have been met at every stage, from our early design meetings with Helen to full interior design support with Katie and Joie. I have no hesitation at all in recommending the team at Humphrey Homes.

After exploring several different options for the design and construction of our Perth home we chose Humphrey Homes for several reasons. We signed our contract in December 2020. We have not once regretted our decision and not least due to the tumultuous events of the past few years. Dean has a band of loyal and professional tradies who all speak highly of him and we have loved how they are all so friendly to us and our neighbours. In fact we frequently remind ourselves how glad we are that we did choose them. We live 600kms from Perth and so the ability to trust that our build would progress as it should was very important to us. Communication from all the team is outstanding - prompt, professional and always friendly and never any stress when faced with the challenges that our small block has thrown up. We also wondered whether using a company with the architect, builder and interior designer all under one roof was the best fit and value, but without a doubt Humphrey Homes have delivered in spades and saved us from any potential stress. The quality of the build is evident every time we visit the house and the attention to the smallest detail has been impressive. Thanks and we can’t wait to move in.

The Humphrey Homes planning and design made it easy for us to readily evaluate our options. We were able to plan with, and speak directly to the builder, unlike large companies where the contact is with the sales consultant We are extremely happy with our new home
We wrote the above in 2007! Now, in 2016 we are so happy we chose Humphrey Homes. Our home is still in A1 condition after 10 years. We still love our home and wouldn't change a thing! Thanks Dean.
