First time visit. Very impressive facility. Huge but not overwhelming. Well laid out. Good access from spacious carpark. Many specialty shops. Too much to describe. We will return for a longer experience.

It's a really awesome shopping centre. I go here sometimes to implement various elements of shopping, and to get takeout food on rare ocasion. A nice amalgamated complex of stores to explore , enticing you to get what you need promptly. My only complaint; they need to get a pub inside of the shopping centre that would be extremely helpful. :)

Plenty of shops here, such a large shopping centre. Definitely a one stop shop. We got the car washed and detailed while we went shopping and wandered around the centre checking out all the shops. Everything from supermarkets, variety stores as well as boutique stores and several eateries. Even cinemas available to watch the movies in. Great place.

We live in Bendigo but whenever we come down to Melbourne for the weekends, we do not miss visiting Westfield Knox.
This place has pretty much everything under its massive roof and probably the biggest among all the malls in the country. A great one stop shop for everything!!!
Great free undercover parking, decent clean shops and food court.
One should not miss visiting this place when drive through the eastern suburbs.

All the shops you need in throne place, the only downside as a usual visitor, the amount of shops that I absolutely loved just losing down with no notice is happening monthly now Salsas is gone, pancake bar is gone. Sad but still got some nice places.

Great centre with every retailer you could want, extensive fresh food options and the O Zone area offering a good range of restaurant options. Parking is plentiful.

Not bad at all but impossible to find a map of the shops in this shopping centre. There is only an almost useless interactive shops lists really badly designed at one or two of the many entries A simple map on a panel would be much cheaper and useful!

Knox City was awesome until Westfield took over. Shops closing down left, right and center. Nothing for kids to do. Hardly any entertainment. Soon it will be a shopping center with 2 coles supermarkets, and shops fill of hairdressers and nail salons

Usually when I come here it's for Knox Ozone. There's quite a large range of shops here, and more to my tastes, quite a lot of food. Last time I came here it was after a music video shoot. I was fairly exhausted and ready to sleep but my band wanted to go to pancake parlour. Not much really happened but I did steal a container of crayons.

Always like visiting Knox Ozone complex for movies or shopping. Has a massive array of stores to suit all shoppers and a great movies/eating avenue with all kinds of culinary delights. Ample parking right round the complex.

We visit this place every weekend.there are a lot of shops and variety is good. Love the veggie market. And you get parking. mostly except Saturday 12 onward.

The Westfield Group have given Knox City a bit of a up market look but still kept the relaxed atmosphere that other Westfield shopping centres lack , i think partly due to the FREE PARKING still available making people are more relaxed to shop without that extra expense. Be aware though council parking restrictions do apply!!

Aside from the shopping, the food scene is amazing. Fantastic selection of restaurants and nice outdoor seating. Very unique dining experience considering there aren't many places like this in the area. The parking is slightly confusing as the area carparks are divided and can be quite far from each other.
