We experienced a few problems with the painting of our roof but the team at Westcoat worked diligently to solve the issues.
We appreciate the professional approach that Simon took in handling the situation.
Special thanks to Daryl for his hard work as well.
We are very happy with the end result and would highly recommend Westcoat.

Really impressed with the team from Westcoat. Response time to our inquiry was very fast, staff were helpful answering questions. Roof restoration was completed in 3 days, they managed to make a 26 year old roof look like new. Very happy with the final result.

We had an old leaky chimney flashing that badly needed replacing (original condition in second pic).

Contacted Westcoat based on all the positive reviews.
Westcoat came out (August 2021) to fix the leak by replacing the flashing (completed job in first pic - unsure why the flashing was not extended up to cover up the exposed bricks and obvious gaps).

We still had ongoing issues with our leak so called them out to have a look. More silicone was added when the person came out and was told that it looked fine and to note that it was raining a bit when they completed the job initially, so not much more could be done, other than suggesting we cover up the exposed bricks. Unsure why this wasn't done as part of the original job?

Ended up going with another company to have the flashing removed completely and a brand new flashing installed. No further issues once this was rectified. $660.00 wasted.

Highly recommend Westcoat. They restored the roof of our 1970s fixer-upper and it was worth every dollar. We needed over 200 tiles replaced - the original roof was a hot mess to the point where our kitchen ceiling had collapsed in from leakage, and the laundry and hall were also on their way out. They weren't the cheapest roof restoration quote we got but they were by far the most thorough, knowledgeable, professional and highly recommended. They also offered the best long term warranty on their work. Their trades were prompt, professional and their workmanship excellent. We are amazed by the difference.

We just had our gutters and down pipes replaced by Simon from Westcoat and I have to say how happy we are. He was the most professional of the guys that we had quote for us and knew exactly what we needed unlike a lot of the sales guys that knew nothing about gutters and quoted an absolute fortune. The job is fantastic and I am unbelievably happy with the result, only wished we had it done sooner. He showed up as promised and left us no mess to deal with after. I would highly recommend Westcoat good job guys.

We had a couple of investment properties that needed the gutters and fascia replaced and decided Westcoat was the best choice from all the quotes presented. I have to say their service was exceptionable from getting a quote through to the gutters being replaced, the boys were very polite and the workmanship of the overall job was of a high standard. The reason i decided to write this review is i have had other properties that have had gutters replaced by sub standard trades resulting in me cleaning up or touching up their work. I was so impressed by Simon & his team from Westcoat that i think when you do have a good experience you just feel the need to share that experience. A very big thank you guys, Ash.

Simon & Shelley from Westcoat provided us with good services with the pergola roof sheeting repair & replacement at my parents' place in Perth. They were recommended to us by my property manager, and we were glad to have enlisted their services. Simon was very accommodating and professional, with fast attendance to fix up minor issues. Happy to use them again. Thumbs up!
