They did not include HRA allowance, then they filed revised after I noticed the issue. Then they are saying we have to verify both, which is again a wrong information, I called it dept help desk they said there is no need to verify the first one. Dumb pple .

Terrible experience. When I called I couldn't get any service except "you must email us back" it was very complicated to correspond via email. When i went to the Cairns store the accountant was extremely rude, laughing at me when asking questions regarding numbers on my tax return, raising his voice and talking down to me. As soon as another customer came into the store his attitude changed and thanked me for the feedback on his service. Not user friendly at all, they do not have the customer as a priority. I got better service at another company!

Great service and professionalism. I'm not an accountant but even I know their extended knowledge in tax and bussinesses is hard to find in other firms.
With the amazing quality of services I've been receiving from them, this low reviews do not seem right. People just need to check on the name of the company they are reviewing !

I cannot imagine my life in Australia without them, thank you so much!
