We booked a double appointment for my husband and 5 yo son 2 weeks in advance. On the day of the appointment, we were told we never made a booking. Instead of taking ownership of the human error and apologising for the error, we were blamed for not booking the appointment properly. We were told the initial email we sent was a request for appointment, the follow up phone conversation we had was just an enquiry and that we needed to call back again to confirm the appointment.
If you do decide to go to this practice, I recommend calling again before the appointment just to confirm it's been booked in properly.
Better still, go elsewhere to save yourself the waiting time, and having to prepare reluctant children for dental check up a second time.
p.s. regarding the response from the clinic below: Initially when we showed up to the appointment, we were told to wait 10 minutes for the person who made the appointment to sort out the issue as she was not in the office. The issue wasn't sorted and my husband and son left the practice, I rang and only after I said I wanted to escalate the issue to the practice owner, I was offered the 1pm appointment. Our original appointment was 9.30am. I thanked the staff who offered to stay back after 1pm, but this was not a viable solution.
There is a happy ending to this story as after this horrid experience, we found another clinic Rainbow Dental Practice in Olympic Park. They had an appointment within the week, and saw my family. Rainbow Dental is hygienic, and modern and have a screen to keep the little ones distracted.response / report this review -

Amazing experience! As a dental phobic patient, Dr. Bui and his assistants put me at ease and made the experience very enjoyable! Highly recommend this excellent clinic!

Great experience overall! Everyone from the front office staff and dental assistants to the dentist were very patient and courteous. Highly recommend!

Dr. Bui was very kind and took the time to explain things clearly. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist treats more than just a tooth.
