We got an upgrade due to a mistake in the type of room we were given on arrival, staff were quick & very efficient to fix things for us. Rooms were clean & the penthouse suites very spacious. The geothermic hot spring bath was great & didn't realise it was even there. Only let down was the very limited hot/cold buffet. They didn't even have the spinach & mushrooms, in the photo & the baked goods were all very dry. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location with ocean views. Room service available everyday and is done neatly. The SPA is a must do. Definitely one of the best in Victoria with natural geothermal pools (private also available). Dinner is quite nice amd not too expensive. We went there for our homeymoon and will most definitely go back.

King size bed is 2 uncomfortable long singles joined. Heaters weren't working. There was no information about the town and what to see and do. Spa had about a dozen black curly hairs that I had to rinse out before using and upon leaving when I paid for the room service dinner that we had I wasn't advised of the surcharge for using the card that I had to reserve with, otherwise I would have paid cash or eftpos.
I'm pretty sure that if you ask someone how they are going to pay and if they choose a method of payment that is going to cost them more they might prefer not to.response / report this review -

Perfect place for a weekend or couple days getaway. Great location, well priced & fantastic (ocean) views from the suites. Thermal spa is an amazing experience also Perfect to relax & de-stress 👍👌

Room was lovely, service was great too. I would definitely recommend going to the Hot Springs it's a great experience! Only slight issue is that they don't serve lunch so you'll have to go elsewhere! Really nice place a couple of minutes drive away called Simon's.

Pleasant staff, all very helpful and friendly. Sauna and spa experience was great, and felt relaxed afterwards. Not many dinner options, but the meal was nice and cheese platter was great, so much so we had another on our second night. We had the 2 night 'whale of a night' package, which included a bottle of bubbles, wellness sauna and access to the hot springs open pool. Would definitely recommend as a get away.

Been here several times over the last 8-10 years. It's had it's ups and downs but found the penthouses to be better value during offseason times. It's nice to have a good place to stay after a long drive

Had a great first night, Mitch at the front desk was very enthusiastic and wiling to help with any queries.
Lovely facilities and the rooms were spotless.
If you hate wind noise, ask for a lower room as it can get quite obvious in high wind conditions.
