  I had to have a vitrectomy and cataract surgery a few months ago and Dr Simon Chen has been excellent throughout the process. My vision in my problem eye is now 20 20 but the left eye looks like it will also need a vitrectomy too as I have some blurry patches. Dr Chen has been incredibly responsive to all questions and the process has been affordable. Hopefully my left eye will soon have great vision too.

  In July 2016 I had cyst removal done by Dr David Ng. I was very happy with the treatment and healing process. After a month or so I noticed the lump is still there. Ladies at the reception explained its normal, its will take a few more weeks to heal completely and it will be gone. It's February 2017, lump is exactly the same as it was, I wasted over $600 for this treatment. I wasn't informed about possibility of having a second try. Definitely didn't expect it won't help at all, especially after hearing from Dr David "it was only little". Very unprofessional and disappointing. I will have treatment done again in Europe.
  
  Hi Vision Eye Institute, Thank you for your reply and for not contacting me . I understand this is normal procedure for you to ignore your customer. I had the procedure done elsewhere and I'm very happy with the results, moreover I have paid half of what I have paid you (Darlinghurst Medical Centre). Should I expect to be ignored again or there is a chance you will get back to me? Regards, Urszula
