Booked 2 month in advance. Rock up 15 min before the actual appointment. They make you wait for another 90 mins LOL before doing something?
What is the point of booking. No weekend options, force you to leave work on weekdays and make you wait like a dummy for more than 1 hour.
    Not recommend.

Recently had cataract surgery on both eyes with outstanding results. Every staff member with whom I interacted was friendly, courteous & helpful with special thanks to Dr Uday Bhatt. Delays occurred on several occasions when attending for follow-up examinations but I would prefer to wait if it means that each patient is given the time they required by professional staff.

I am happy to recommend this Clinic unreservedly on the basis of my personal experiences.

My wife and I are patients of Dr Roydhouse. Professional and excellent service. Have to question negative comments as moved to Dr Roydhouse from another clinic where at times waited 3 hours to be seen and overcharged! Volume of patients shows the service and confidence people have of the Institute. Other members of our extended family now regular patients.

    My GP referred me here.

They put some eye drops in my eyes and I thought it was just regular drops. It burt then he told me it was to dialate my pupils when I asked.

I got out. Things were blurry and very bright. I thought I was gonna get run over by a car when I crossed the road. I found my car and I am still stuck in it after 2 hours because I can't see well enough to drive so I might as well just write my first review on google.

Price was almost a double of what I was told when I booked the appointment.

I can't say that is how you do informed consent.

My mother (83 yrs old) was informed that She will be operated on such & such day. Once there, she was prepared for the operation and only then informed about cost $3000+. During consultations (3 & 6 weeks before) She was NEVER informed about about the cost - She was led to believe that it will be covered by medicare.
Not very honest or professional !!! Beware of them
