Handy place to the hospital. Lounge chairs are uncomfortable especially if you have a bad back. Beds were nice. There wasn't enough cutlery for 3 people so don't know how a family of 3 is supposed to eat. Basic accommodation. Bit over priced for what you get.

I wasn't notified ahead of time that reception would be closed at my time of arrival (noting that I arrived during the advertised 'staffed hours' of between 9 and 5 on a Saturday. Upon arrival there was also no answer on the 'out of hours' contact number supplied at the front of the hotel. It wasn't until the third attempted phone call that my call was answered. The following day our pass was suspended and it took multiple attempts (and multiple trips back and forth between our room and reception) for the pass to be functional again. The room was very lovely and spacious but the customer service was poor and took a significant amount of time out of our stay.

Exceptional customer service and great accomodation sums up my stay at Veriu Camperdown.
Away for business we had to organise late check-in, early check-outs, parking, amongst other non-conventional booking arrangements. The team at Veriu, in particular Caitlin and Sam, made the process seamless and stress-free.
The accomodation itself was great, quite comfortable, and our room in particular was extremely spacious — we'll definitely look at booking again!response / report this review -
