Tried vanilla ice cream sold by Vanilla Australia vendor at Port Douglas markets, ice cream was poorly made; chalky in texture. Couldn’t enjoy vanilla flavour due to low quality of ice cream.

Saw them at the Mossman Market. Their icecream is excellent with very strong vanilla flavour. Had a good chat to the owner too and learnt a lot about vanilla.

Had some of the "Home Made" vanilla Ice cream from Vanilla Australia and also bought vanilla pods. Lovely fresh and very flavoursome food. Really nice and worth tracking down.
