Great customer service! Really like the attitude of the young staff such as Zac and Will. They were really nice and kind. Loved the pizzas best pizza I've ever eaten.

Really nice sitting on the deck eating some of the best pizza I've had, really love the staff. Tom was really helpful and nice. Definitely worth a visit!

I love Valentine Woodfire Pizzeria so I regularly order from them.
Considering I live in Belrose I have no problem in driving to Narraweena because the pizza is just that good.
I can generally time it to perfection if I call and place my order so that the pizza is coming straight out of the oven when I arrive.
The staff are always friendly when I go so I’ve recommended them to family and friends.

I asked the young fella on the phone what I could order for kids, not much help. Later I Ordered a pizza for the kids with pineapple and cabonossi, we recieved spicy pepperoni instead, when I rang them back to tell that there had been a mistake with our kids pizza as it's too spicy for them to eat the owner or chef said "it is what it is" thanks valentines pizza now I have a Two kids screaming at me because they can't eat their spicy dinner.

Great pizza, however should have read the previous reviews on delivery times prior to ordering.
Ordered via Menulog, was told should be delivered within 1hrs 17min, pizza took 2 hrs to be delivered this was after calling twice and being told it's on its way..A joke!
Recommend not to order home delivery as they have no appreciation of time and delivering when promised.response / report this review -

Food was really good but the 2 hours wait wasn, Quoted 1 hour, especially being lied to on the phone that its just left the store. Twice!

These guys are working hard to drive a good business to ground as they do one thing you shouldn't do to your customers if you want loyalty ie lie to them and that too blatantly. Pissed me off big time once by taking two hours to deliver pizza when promising 45 mins when order was placed on the phone. Stupid me thought should give him another chance as pizza is usually decent and did a pick up order this time and told it would be 25 mins. Got there 30 mins later and waited another 30 with no pizza in sight. Best thing was every time I asked how long answer was 30 secs. Had enough after waiting in the cold for 30 mins and asked for money back. Left never to return again. Ruined the night for 15 people including hungry and unhappy kids.

We've ordered from here before and the pizza is always delicious! Unfortunately this time, we waited an hour and a half and did not receive our paid for bottle of soft drink or the guaranteed free garlic bread. Very disappointed.
