1. On the phone they told me $200 for a full detailing. At the site, they told me $300 and that it was "from $200"cheeky.
2. I asked what was not included. They told me "everything is included". When I pick up the car, the tray of the ute was not cleaned. They guy said I was the first customer in his life that had asked for it. Really?
3. Many obvious spots missed. It felt like a wash, not a detailing.
4. Seats cleaning was good/as expected.

Worst business I have ever encountered. Do not go here please!!! They ruined my car interior and exterior with oil stains. They also refuse a refund and just laugh in your face when you ask for one. Now I have to spend hundreds, possibly thousand's in repairs now. I have never encountered a business this unprofessional and that do not care about effecting the livelihoods of any of their customers!!!

Basic services, but I asked for more. Attendant didn't want to do more! (But did want to sell membership for a year, which I declined a few times)
Car needed a good clean due to tree sap, leaves, gunk etc.
I pointed out the work that needed doing, he still said the basic service would be enough.
It wasn't.
Wipedown left micro-scratches all over hood. Quick wipe at best, I was able to rub marks with my fingers and they came away - so it was a lack of elbow grease by the cleaner.
Not happy with the dismissive attitude and lack of attention to basic detail.
I will need to clean the car again myself, but at least the majority of grime was removed in and out - just not to a good enough standard.response / report this review -

Terrible finish to the job. Water and product residue on the exterior. Parts weren't even clean. The interior had hardly been touch and wet, dirty boot marks were left on the driver's side. Would not recommend, and I won't be taking my car back there.

I wish I could give 500 stars to them instead of just 5.
I have been a regular customer here for many years, I brought my Maserati Levante here to clean weekly, the result has always been perfect and I was always happy. I have never been disappointed.
The staff members and the owner of the business have changed in the past year. After the reformation the business is even better, more professionalized. They use top line wash products, liquids and towels to prevent scratches and damages to the body of the car which makes every car looked more brand new.
I want to speak up for these guys.
I have read some of the negative 1 star reviews on Google, and I felt so funny and unfair for them.
I can see that some of the negative reviews on here say that they didn't treat the car well for eg. The cleaning part like on the interior or the vacuuming. Well, why don't you just ask them to reclean or vacuum it again for you if you are not happy with the result? I'm sure they would love to help. But instead you choose to go back home and complain about the service and start sharing your disappointment on Google, why are you scared to tell them to address the matter or request a reclean?
Another thing is that one of the reviewer saw that some dust was left on the windscreen, then he told the staff to wipe them off and he still felt upset. Well, what else would you like them to do after the dust has been wiped off?
As a regular customer of here, I can see that they always trying to do their best job possible and to the best of their ability. They always trying to make every car as clean as possible. They staffs are very friendly and easy to deal with, if you have any problem you can always simply tell them and they are always love to help. The owner is also a very nice person and has great knowledge on different cars. They deserve 500 stars.
