Sales rep was promising the world and how they can accommodate their home designs to fit on any reasonable sized block. Never heard back from him. After seeing the reviews on this site, I wouldn't dare put a dollar into this business, almost seems like a scam. I can't comment on build etc but communication is absolutely poor

No way I would built with this company. My neighbours built with them a couple of years ago, they have so many on going issues and they never respond. I didn't built with them but had to deal with them because they damaged my fence and little retaining wall that took over a year for them to come and fix it, and only lasted a few months as the retaining wall cracked. I have sent so many emails and there is no one replying, it has been a year since that happened and I am still waiting. The cracks is getting bigger eventually it will fall. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM ALL.

Bad customer service, keeping customer waiting. No one know what going on. No respond after calling them many time. Have to wait weeks after weeks and chase after them to get information. I Don't recommend anyone to build with this builder. Too much street dealing with them. No Customers Care.

Such a unprofessional HR!
They have interviewed me few times just for a part time role and never even bothered to send me a feedback! No respect for people's time!
Moreover, the HR was inviting other candidate for interview but sending me message in error, very efficient!

Save yourself a headache. Built took 560 days and only paid partial cost. Draft team endless mistakes.
I have 6 Tender Variations 6 Post contract and 7 Building Variation they even had to do a new Tender document. Dozens of issues and Service and Warranty is a joke been fighting more than 18months still issues not fixed. They will blame you and wear you out. There are dozens of people on instagram who have had experience with urban edge check them out you will see the horror in pictures. Paintwork rubbish, Plumbing drama endless electrical dramas too. I will be updating and will expose them. Don't trust reviews of people who haven't finished building yet. It's just honey moon.More than happy to share my experiences and link you up with more than 20 victims of this company.
