  We had a new pool fence installed yesterday. I called Urban Glass Fencing a few weeks ago and was initially impressed with how quickly Brett returned my call. From there, he made an appointment, turned up when he said he would and gave us all the information required and then some. Brett and his team have been literally, extremely easy and fantastic to deal with. Turned up 7am yesterday as planned and a fabulous product was installed exactly as promised. We honestly could not be happier! Could not recommend highly enough!

  Extremely impressed with Urban Glass Fencing.
  I put in an order for a pool barrier consisting of aluminium tube fencing and semi-frameless glass fencing featuring some custom shaped glass panelling.
  
  Brett was super helpful straight out of the box.
  His information (both on the phone and via email) was delivered in a clear and concise way and all of my questions (yes, many many questions) were answered in easily understandable terms.
  
  I was having problems with council regulations which was causing me some grief as it kept pushing my finish date back.
  Brett went out of his way to search for a solution and that’s the sort of effort that impresses me and should say a lot about his business.
  And that’s really all I wanted at the planning stage.
  Somebody to provide a friendly service who isn’t going to make me feel like I am imposing on them or not worth putting the time in for.
  
  So it was no real surprise that that his installers were pros. On time. Friendly. Cleaned up after themselves.
  
  The end result was awesome.
  My vision for my fence was translated into reality and I can suck back some beers with a grin on my face.

  Brett's service was first class from my first interaction over the phone, until post-delivery to check that expectations had been met. In a very busy period, Brett was able to fit us in to ensure the kids would be able to use the pool over the Christmas break.
