What an incredible difference U Blinds shutters have made to our home. They make each room look and feel bigger, we love them. The friendly measure up service was done efficiently and came with practical advice. The installers removed my old roller blinds and put up the new shutters with a no fuss friendly attitude. Ublinds were recommended to us by a friend who was very happy with the product and service. We had ours installed last week and they look amazing. Damian the installer was great and Shane first up was also easy to deal with. No problems at all. We were told they would take about 8 weeks and that was pretty much spot on. They look great and I have recommended to many people to use Ublinds as well

Had my UBlinds shutters installed today.. And I'm so happy with the outcome!!.
After having UBLINDS install window's shutters at my previous house I knew how well they changed the whole feel of the house there, so had no hesitation in getting Nigel come to measure and quote at my new house. This time I had almost the whole house installed this time.
Being savvy I had several quotes, but found for the same product, UBlinds gave the best price. Also I felt listened to, unlike other companies TELLING me what I wanted.
I was given a delivery date and they came a week earlier than expected.
Darryl was my installer and wow what a good job and he knocked over 7 window's in 4hours.. Darryl was a lovely man and spoke to me with respect. He also cleaned up after himself and offer to take some empty moving boxes I had from moving in.. He didn't have to but did..
Knowing how well these shutters help with heating and cooling of my house, I'm not dreading summer!!
Thankyou everyone involved and keeping me updated with texts during the shipping process.

I am so happy with the shutters U Blinds have installed on two seperate dates. Lovely Lauren came and measured then Perfect Peter came and installed the second order yesterday. Both are amazing to deal with very professional, friendly and great work. The finished job looks amazing. My house looks like it’s had a facelift and looks years younger. Very beautiful and fresh. Thank you U Blinds for the amazing product and your team are a credit to your brand.

Start to finish nothing but pure professionalism.
Crystal the rep listened to what I wanted, and what was installed today was exactly that. I wasn’t home today for the fitting but my husband said the fitter was also very professional.

I definitely would not recommend U Blinds, not only were they unreliable the credit manager Angela Earley was very confronting to my elderly mother. She abruptly told her she owed money to the company, (it turned out she didn't). My mother was shaking and visibly upset after the phone call. U Blinds you need to communicate more efficiently with your customers, and most importantly treat them with respect.

Waited over 10 weeks for shutters to arrive as they were stuck on a ship somewhere. Was lead to believe they were making them locally when they are actually imported. One of the shutters is faulty so I emailed the warranty section. After 2 weeks of waiting they emailed to say the warranty department has closed and wont open until January which is at least 5 weeks away. Really poor customer service. Would not recommend U blinds at all!

Edited to add: The warranty claim was lodged in December. They ordered the replacement panel in December after I escalated the warranty job. It’s now the middle of April & I still have not heard from anyone. I emailed for an update, was told I would hear back the same day, 2 weeks later still no response. I am astounded at the lack of communication from this company.

if I could give a zero star rating I would. Worst experience ever with blinds and security screens and the customer service was non existent, even bullying at times.
As seems to be the case a lot on here promised the earth and delivered nothing. 6 weeks was the promise for internal blinds, security screens and doors and zip screens, in reality it was 6 months.
The installation is below par to say the least still with ongoing issues that have not been rectified. Indoor blinds and security doors sub standard quality, poorly fitting and triple locks that stick and wont lock or unlock most of the time, requested they fix the problem but have not attended. Zip screens took 4 months to arrive and when they did were the wrong type and size. tried to hoodwink us into having a crank handle when we ordered spring loaded and ended up having to talk to a director to get the issue rectified. Requested a refund for zip screens as they were the wrong ones and was told contrary to consumer law that "we don't give refunds".
Yes you can save money with U Blinds but for gods sake don't bother, short term gain for long term pain. Do yourself a favour and go to Franklyn.

Like others have said - they will promise a particular delivery timeframe but they will not and cannot meet it. I was promised in writing that they would be installed in 6 weeks as I had a particular deadline to meet. 6 weeks passed and i had not response from them (not even an email with an invoice given I'd paid up front as required). It's now over 7 weeks and I still have no information on when they'll be installed.

Furthermore their customer service is really poor. There's a real lack of communication. Even when you try to get a response from them they never call back or take days to send a brief text which doesn't turn out to be true anyway. Really disappointing. The blinds better be fantastic when they finally arrive given the hassle it's been.

** to respond to the reply below - if that is the case then why was I told that I would have them installed in 6 weeks. I specifically said I wouldn't go ahead with the order because an 8 week wait would be an issue. The sales consultant responded saying that it would be done in 6 weeks - I have this is writing. So based on your response and my experience they've lied.
