We have had such a positive experience with Twinkle Tots! As first time parents we were overwhelmed and had 100 questions! Unlike other baby stores, we did not feel rushed or pushed to the side. Time was given to us with patience and genuine care to help. It is definitely worth the drive for us knowing we will always get the best customer service. Thank you Dana and Jo, we will see you soon for another shop for Baby!

When I was buying a bassinet for my baby, I was looking for a high-quality product, amazing service and short delivery time. Twinkle Tots provided all of this and much more. I was given a seamless customer experience – they went over and beyond to help me choose the right product for me and my baby, I received my bassinet in just 2 days (super-fast) and received a great product. I couldn’t be happier to have shopped with Twinkle Tots and recommend it to everyone who is not satisfied with anything less but perfect. Best service ever! Thanks a lot to the entire team! I will definitely be back 😊

Best service for stage 4 lock down! I am glad I called in the shop and discussed all the options before deciding on the pram and extras I might need. Jo was super helpful, quick to answer and sent the pram straight our way. The delivery was seamless and quick. Can't wait to visit the shop after restrictions ease. Very happy! :)

The Ladies at Twinkle Tots are awesome. Went looking for a cot and was not expecting the huge range they had at! They were very helpful and not pushy in any way. Ended up getting a high chair as well and will never go back to the big chains. Now its more important than ever to support your local independent shops!

I'm always impressed with the fantastic customer service at Twinkle Tots. The two women who own and run the business are incredibly knowledgeable and also honest, and will go out of their way to help you with what you need (and also help you figure out what you don't need!) Would highly recommend.

Great quality products and excellent customer service. These ladies know what they're talking about and only recommend the best stuff. I had an issue (nothing bad) with my uppababy pram, and they were so friendly and nice when they resolved it for me. It gives me great confidence to continue buying all my products from them

The staff here were wonderful - they helped us buy a pram and car seat by listening to our needs and providing practical and personal advice. They made the whole process a lot less overwhelming! The shop was also great value compared to big chains.

This is the best baby shop! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful - great for first time mums. The prices are better than Baby Bunting. Also they tell you what you need without trying to upsell you. I highly recommend this baby shop.

Such a lovely team and service at Twinkletots! They kindly ordered in the specific capsule I wanted with no hassle at all. They provided great honest advice and were an absolute pleasure to talk to. So great to see a lovely independent store with a great range in Northcote!

It's not a huge store but there's more than enough choice of everything you'd need, they give good practical advice and they never try to up-sell you - even when I know I (first time mother) would have been vulnerable to being up-sold. They've also gone out of their way to be reasonable with returns which I really appreciate.
