  Can't praise these guys enough. Everybody who dealt with us was incredibly helpful. Steve working in the yard was knowledgeable and reassuring which made such a difference to two backpackers who know nothing about tyres. You need help with anything tyre related in cairns this is the place.

  Booked car in for a 930am appointment, dropped car off at 920am. Went back to collect car at 1045am and my car had not been moved or touched. Showroom fall of people and workshop full of cars. They close at 1130am so why did i make appointment for 930am if my car was to be the last veichle done. And i was not informed that. Was not to happy as a friend car to pick me and and drop me back. Wont be going back.

  bought 17" tyres had them scuff out in 30,000 klm yes they were BF all terrains . after my vehicle was serviced by toyota they informed me i needed new tyres . i had rang tuff tyres and was asked to bring my vehicle in so they could have a look at the state of the tyres , i didnt think they were to bad but when i had a closer look they were buggered you could actually pull bits of rubber from the tyres ! the people at tuff tyres then tried everything they could to say it was the way i drove my vehicle and it was nothing to do with the tyres they had sold me , what are you going to do when you have a sales man and manager try to explain its nothing to do with them , i asked if i could get a wheel alignment thrown in for a lesser cost if i bought a set of new tyres from them and was told they dont do that kind of deal after ringing around i got my new tyres from atherton who were cheaper i know i wont be going back to tuff tyres cairns again
