I would like to praise the staff at Autobarn Bundall, specifically Tyrone who has a wealth of knowledge in regards to products, care care and an extensive knowledge in anything general relating to cars. I bought a new dash cam and other car products. I also purchased halogen light, which Tyrone installed for free. Every question I through at him he knew the answer. The amazing customer experience I received is indescribable. I will definitely be back for all my car needs.

If you fancy after paying serious money to receive grievance, disrespect & interrogation, then congratulations this store is well set up for you.

Can you imagine being questioned like a thief, and verbally & physically threatened to give you a few punches to shut you up by someone who is supposed to serve you? Congratulations, staff member in this store can certainly deliver that.

Well done Autobarn Bundall, customers are not god, but servants who should obey the directive from your store staff masters; this has definitely defined a shocking new low in my mind of what should be called "customer servant" instead of "customer service".

To successfully aggravate a person who is most of time calm and quiet to this degree is undoubtedly a great achievement; once again, well done Autobarn Bundall.

One star is even luxury for this rating.

We have just had the best ever experience here. The lady was amazingly helpful. Sorted 2 issues for us with such a pleasant attitude. Nothing was a bother and she was genuinely interested in what she was doing. We highly recommend this place and will be back. Thank you!!
