My barefooted roses arrived in excellent packed condition. The close tracking of the order on my phone allowed me to pick up the roses on friday without them languishing in the PO over the weekend.Many thanks

Excellent service, prompt delivery & quality product. I live in Central Qld & couldn't source a climbing Iceberg rose locally so for the first time ever I bought a bare rooted rose online. Absolutely thrilled with this purchase - within 5 weeks of planting following the instructions provided I have a very healthy climber with 2 blooms already & about 30 buds ready to bloom. Will definitely buy bare rooted roses from Treloar in the future. Thank you!

Mine was a large, expensive order - not bad plants but the courier company killed several due to shocking delivery delay. Star Track Express couriers are atrocious and they're owned by Australia Post. It took them 2 weeks to finally deliver my roses, and the 14 day delay caused several dry out and eventually die.
So when ordering Treloar roses, demand that they use another courier company. It's not on that your order dies while in transit.response / report this review
