My experience with this company is the worst in the last 20 years. The written quotation was totally different from the quote made on-site. As I always trust trades and did not read the written quotation carefully, I had to pay $550 for cutting one small tree with 2.5 meter high. When I called back, the team is not friendly. If you have other choice, don't use this company. If you use them, you should be very careful at each step they do. Otherwise, you will end up with pay a lot money for little a little job. In addition, it took six weeks to have the little job done after the quotation and they kept delaying with different reasons.

I booked them in to trim up a large tree on the 30th September, I passed this information on my two customers who shared the cost ,, well I got a invoice for the job on the 30th August they just went over and did the job a month early upsetting both of my elderly customers because they weren't expecting them,, there cleaning up was appalling and when I rung them they weren't even interested,, I would never recommend this company and I'm sure my customers will also agree.

Team removing the trees turned up on time and efficiently removed and cleared the trees.
Stump grinder arrived separately and again efficiently did his job.
Note that the quote states that grindings will remain on site, and that left our back yard as a significant mess. I don't know whether other providers do the same.
He also severed a couple of light cables, though to be fair he did warn that this might happen. I now need a sparky to fix that up!
